PlugUpp (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a trading name of Web Upp Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13581536), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PlugUpp website, WordPress plugins, licensing systems and related services (the “Services”), including:

  • WordPress plugins and extensions
  • Plugin licensing and activation systems
  • Plugin updates and support services
  • Related website tools, downloads and documentation

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account

  1. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the Services.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  3. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

2. Permitted Use

  1. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  2. You must not use the Services to:

  3. You are solely responsible for your use of the Services, including plugin configuration, hosted content and connected systems.

  1. WordPress Plugins — Provide functionality, automation or enhancements for supported WordPress websites.
  2. Licensing Systems — Manage plugin activation, subscription validation and update access.
  3. Plugin Updates — Deliver feature improvements, fixes, compatibility updates and security patches.
  4. Support & Documentation — Provide guidance, troubleshooting and product documentation where available.
  5. Developer & Integration Features — Certain plugins may include APIs, integrations or developer tooling.

We may introduce, modify or retire features, apply usage limits or adjust functionality to maintain security, compatibility and service stability.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. You retain ownership of content, data, and URLs you provide.
  2. By using the Services, you grant PlugUpp a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and use relevant data solely for operating and supporting the Services.
  3. All software, plugins, branding, designs and trademarks of PlugUpp and Web Upp Limited are protected by law.

5. Data and Privacy

  1. PlugUpp collects limited technical, licensing and analytics data to operate the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  2. The Services may collect technical metadata such as plugin version, WordPress version, browser type, server environment and licensing status.
  3. PlugUpp does not access or monitor customer website content except where necessary to provide support, enforce these Terms or comply with legal obligations.

6. Availability and Support

  1. We aim to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  2. Scheduled maintenance or technical updates may cause temporary interruptions.
  3. Support is primarily provided by email during UK business hours.

7. Fees and Payments

  1. Prices, licence tiers, subscriptions and billing terms are listed on relevant product or pricing pages and form part of these Terms.
  2. Prices may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on your region and checkout configuration.
  3. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

8. Termination

  1. You may stop using the Services at any time.
  2. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately where you breach these Terms, your use poses a security or operational risk, or we discontinue all or part of the Services.
  3. Upon termination, plugin licences, update access and related services may be disabled, and associated data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

9. Disclaimers

  1. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty.
  2. We do not guarantee that the Services will function on every hosting environment, WordPress configuration or third-party integration.
  3. Certain experimental or beta features may not always operate reliably or consistently.
  4. PlugUpp shall not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from misuse, downtime, incompatibility or unauthorised access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlugUpp and Web Upp Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of, inability to use, or incompatibility of the Services. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid to QRUpp (if any) during that period.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web Upp Limited, PlugUpp, its directors and affiliates from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use of the Services, the content you generate or distribute, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version. Significant changes may be announced through the website, account notifications or email where appropriate. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
