PlugUpp is a trading name of Web Upp Limited, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13581536).
This policy applies to purchases made directly from PlugUpp for WordPress plugins, plugin licences, updates, support services and related digital products.
1. Summary
- Consumer customers may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law, subject to the exceptions for digital products and services outlined below.
- Business customers (B2B) are governed by this Policy and our Terms of Service.
- Premium plugin purchases include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee in line with our refund policy.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
2. Digital Products & Immediate Access
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain cancellation rights for digital products and services may no longer apply once immediate access has been granted and use has begun.
By downloading, activating or using a PlugUpp product immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that delivery and access to the digital product has begun.
This does not affect your ability to cancel future subscription renewals or request support under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy.
3. Cooling-Off Period (Consumers)
If you are a consumer and have not substantially used, downloaded or activated the product, you may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Where immediate access to digital products or services has been provided and usage has begun, statutory cancellation rights may be reduced or no longer apply in accordance with UK consumer law.

4. Subscriptions, Renewals & Licence Changes
- Cancelling: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or billing portal. Your licence remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Renewals: Active subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
- Refunds: Eligible refund requests are reviewed under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee policy.
- Upgrades: Upgrades may result in a prorated charge depending on the remaining billing period.
- Downgrades: Downgrades or licence changes typically take effect at the next renewal date.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your PlugUpp purchase.
Refund requests may be considered within 30 days of purchase where:
- a plugin is missing an advertised feature;
- the product does not function as reasonably expected;
- a technical issue could not be resolved;
- a verified compatibility or third-party issue prevents reasonable use of the product.
Refunds are not guaranteed in all situations and may be declined where there is evidence of misuse, abuse or unreasonable refund patterns.
6. Technical Issues & Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable plugin updates, licensing services and website availability. If you experience a verified technical issue that materially prevents use of a purchased product, please contact support.

- service extension;
- replacement access;
- or a refund under our satisfaction guarantee policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card providers or payment processors.
10. Business Customers (B2B)
For business customers, cancellations and refunds are governed by this Policy and our Terms of Service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions, plugin licences and digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the billing period has begun.
